Which price applies to me?

Your account country decides it at checkout. We set a price per region rather than converting one number at whatever today's exchange rate happens to be. You are charged in your own currency, at a figure set deliberately.

How does the 7-day free trial work?

Every new account starts with 7 days of full access with no credit card required. You get complete access to CRMGun, lead capture forms, customer 360 cards, and GunBot CRM to test everything at Gun Speed.

What happens when my 7-day trial ends?

When your trial ends, choose Starter ($5/mo) or Pro ($15/mo). We don't keep a forever-free plan, but none of your saved data is ever deleted — you can view, manage and export your existing data anytime.

What are the limits on the Starter plan?

Starter is $5/month or $50/year (2 months free). It includes CRMGun with up to 500 contacts, 10 Active Forms, 1,000 monthly submissions, 500 invoices monthly, 500 money-tracking entries, and up to 500 MB file storage, plus 500 GunBot AI credits.

What is included on the Pro plan?

Pro is $15/month or $150/year (2 months free) with unlimited CRMGun contacts, unlimited active forms, 6,000 form submissions/month, unlimited BillGun invoices, unlimited money-tracking entries, and up to 5 GB file storage, plus 1,500 GunBot AI credits.

What happens when I hit a limit on Starter?

Monthly counts (submissions, invoices, money tracking) reset on the 1st of each month. Active forms, storage and CRM contacts are account totals. You can easily upgrade to Pro from Billing anytime for higher capacity.

What happens when I run out of AI credits?

Only GunBot spends credits, and only when it has to send a message to an AI model. Your FormGun forms, your CRMGun contacts, and your BillGun invoices never touch them. When the pool runs out, extra AI messages draw on top-up credits at $0.01 each, and typed quick commands like E 500 Petrol, Cash, Fuel keep working for free.

Do unused AI credits roll over?

No. The allowance resets each billing month.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly?

Yes, at any renewal. Yearly plans include 2 months free ($50/year on Starter, $150/year on Pro).

Why do I have to use my own email server?

Because it is the only way your notifications and auto-replies arrive from your own domain, which is what keeps them out of the spam folder. Settings walks you through it — Gmail, Outlook, Brevo and any standard SMTP host are one dropdown away.

What about refunds?

The 7-day trial exists so you can test everything before paying. If something still goes wrong after that, our refund policy sets out exactly where you stand.
